The challenge:

Leads were coming through but not were not being received on certain devices. Leads also weren’t abundant as they could be.

The Strategy:

Once reviewing the leads submissions and sources, I went to the platform Lucky Orange to determine the issues. Lucky Orange is a tool that provides real time viewing on users’ recording screen interactions and clicks. 

It was determined on tablet and phone devices, certain fields on the form were not visible, so there was information lacking, which prevented them from ‘submitting’. 

Results:

While reviewing the Heat Map it was also indicated that user activity was more prominent above the fold, so we moved the content that addressed the users’ needs at the top and provided more direct information at the beginning.

This allowed the user to process information quickly to make an informed decision and follow through with the lead.

Thus increasing the amount of leads and making it a more efficient user experience across all devices.
