The challenge:
An email survey campaign was launched to an existing list but results coming in were slow.
The Strategy:
The deadline was looming so another approach was used. Since we had a list of contacts with their contact information, I utilized a SMS text messaging campaign with an incentive, enter to win, a giftcard, to get them to act.
Tools used: HubSpot, SMS Messaging, Survey Monkey
Results:
The increase of feedback surveys was completed at 191%
It appeared more people responded quicker and followed through with the survey when it came to a sms text.
